Green Goddess Smoothie

This is another green juice. Super easy to make and really healthy for your gut.

Ingredients

  • (1) cup green leafs (spinach &/or kale)
  • 3 - 4 cups water depends on texture preference
  • (3) celery stalk
  • add honey or maple for sweeter taste
  • 1/4 fresh ginger
  • Pinch of Cayenne
  • (1/4) cup parsley
  • (1/4) lemon wedge

Instructions

Add to blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes

 

Good for gut-health, 3pm, focus, grounding, balance, hormones
