Raw Food Sunflower Pate Wrap

Try our amazing Sunflower Pate for an incredible boost to your light meals! We like healthy fats for brain power and vegetables filled with phytonutrients that are anti-inflammation which is why we love fennel and sunflower seeds. Both make for a healing experience. To make this recipe really easy, use ready-made hummus as a substitute for the sunflower pate.

Sunflower has healthy fats for your brainpower. Giving your mind clarity and brain memory.

 

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup Soaked Sunflower Seeds 
  • 1 cup Raw Fennel Root 
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion 
  • 3 tbsp. Lemon Juice 
  • 1 tsp. Thyme 
  • 1/2 tsp. Cayenne 
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt
  •  4 Stalks Diced Celery 
  • 1 cup Olive Oil

     

    COOKING TIME

    5 minutes

     

    INSTRUCTIONS
    • Massage the collard leaf with a little salt and olive oil 
    • Blend all the ingredients together — save a celery stalk for toppings 
    • Thinly slice celery and carrots 
    • Place the Collard leaf on the counter 
    • Take 3 tblsp of sunflower mixture and add onto the leaf 
    • add some of the thinly sliced celery and carrots 
    • roll and tuck it closed 
    • Enjoy cold
