Really Yummy Oat Bar

Inspired by the importance of having good, convenient foods for swiping, typing, and magic-making for on-the-go high vibe hustling that needs all the nutrients without the fuse. Low in sugar with a good amount of protein and fats.
COOKING TIME
45 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients.
  • Add maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla, mixing thoroughly.
  • In a small baking pan or Pyrex dish, press half the mixture like a thick pie crust.
  • Spread the fruit Jam onto it and cover with the rest of the oat mixture.
  • Bake for 25 minutes
