This juice is a great juice for immunity with ingredients put together for your skin vibrancy and your guts health. It helps suppress your appetitive. Great for you if you want to cleanse or detox.


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup grapefruit
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • pinch cayenne
  • 1 mint leaf

COOKING TIME

5 minutes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add ingredients to a blender
  • Blend for 30 seconds
