Joulebody’s coaching program led by Yvette Rose is tailored to the specific needs of each individual client. The full program timeline includes an initial meeting for intake, goal setting, and history survey, lab work and cleanse completion within the first 2 months, follow-up sessions for body and mind balance, a mid-session meeting for review, and a final session for recommendations on next steps.

The program covers a range of topics including nutrition, gut health, relationships, mindset, and spirituality. Private yoga and meditation classes are also offered via Zoom in addition to coaching.


Since 2003, Yvette Rose has been helping clients achieve their best health and wellness through a holistic approach. As a certified and registered Holistic Health Coach, Yvette specializes in nutrition, brain health, dietary supplement programming, and meditation. She believes in honoring the unique biochemical individuality of each person and works to create healthy communities.

Yvette's holistic healing program offers 60-minute sessions for $2550, with the option of in-person or video sessions. This includes meditation, nutrition, exercise, energy healing, and lifestyle programming, as well as email and text support post-sessions. Additional parties in the same household can be added for $200, and private yoga/meditation sessions can be added for $50.

Clients can also opt for a 6-session package, which includes in-person, recorded, or video sessions and a follow-up lifestyle programming recommendation. These sessions include one or more of the following: meditation, nutrition, yoga, energy healing, and oracle/tarot readings.

The 6-session package costs $800 and includes a private yoga/meditation session before or after health coaching. Additional parties in the same household can be added for $200, and private yoga/meditation sessions can be added for $50.

For clients looking for a more intensive program, Yvette offers a 2.5-hour healing package with 60-minute sessions for $4800. These sessions include meditation, nutrition, exercise, energy healing, and lifestyle programming, as well as email and text support post-sessions. Additional parties in the same household can be added for $200, and private yoga/meditation sessions can be added for $50.

Yvette's 6-month holistic healing program includes a personalized supplement and meal plan, personalized recorded or guided meditation practices and ceremonies, a journal provided by Joulebody, and a cleanse kit provided by Joulebody. This program aims to heal PCOS, perimenopause/menopause, post-partum, thyroid issues, and autoimmune dis-ease, reboot gut health for those suffering from IBS, SIBO, leaky gut and gut issues, and relieve anxiety and negative mindset keeping from manifesting a better life and achieving peak performance.

What is the process for working with you?


Initial Consultation

You'll have an initial consultation with the holistic health coach to discuss your goals, health concerns, and any challenges you are facing. This will help the coach get a better understanding of your needs and create a plan that is tailored to you.

Check-in and review progress

The session begins with a check-in to see how the client has been doing since the last session. The coach will review the client's progress and identify any challenges or successes since the last session.

Discussion of obstacles

The coach will ask the client about any obstacles or challenges they have encountered since the last session. The coach will help the client identify strategies for overcoming these obstacles and moving forward.


Education and coaching
